Knauf® Performance+® Metal Building Insulation with ECOSE® Technology
Knauf MBI and Unfaced MBI (Canada) blanket insulation is made from inorganic, bio-soluble glass fibers bonded by a formaldehyde free, bio-based thermosetting binder. It is suitable for application of facings and has sufficient tensile and bond strength for normal handling by the laminator and contractor. MBI Filler blanket is used unfaced as additional insulation to fill voids in wall and roofs of metal buildings. Condensation Control blanket is used when no minimum R value code requirements are needed.
