Manson Alley K® Pipe Insulation
This preformed pipe insulation is made from high quality glass fibers bonded together with a thermosetting resin. The 36" pipe sections are available with or without the all service jacket (ASJ). Our all service vapor retarder jacket (ASJ) reinforced with glass fibers comes with a factory-applied, pressure-sensitive self-sealing lap closure system (SSL).

Why is the product Certified Asthma & Allergy Friendly®?
This product is Certified asthma & allergy friendly® because we have scientifically tested it to
ensure that it:
• Has a formulation where allergenic and sensitizing
chemicals are as low as possible or not present;
• Does not emit dust, airborne particles or fibers above
Certification thresholds during room disturbance;
• Emits extremely low volatile organic compounds (VOCs),
below our certification limits at 24 hours and 14 days after installation; and
• Is resistant to fungal growth.
What are the product's features?
Hot and Cold Applications
Typical uses include domestic hot and cold water, hot water heating, high temperature, dual temperature, steam, condensate and refrigerated lines. Add the optional all service jacket (ASJ) for commercial and light industrial usage.
Convenient
Alley-K comes as preformed cylinders, in 36" sections. Butt strips are also supplied.
Sustainable
Alley-K is made with our bio-based ECOSE® binder and is formaldehyde-free. It’s also made with at least 50% recycled glass.
