How to apply for Certification
Please fill out the preliminary contact form for asthma friendly® certification inquiries. By filling out the preliminary form, ASL will be better able to answer specific questions pertaining to your application. When we receive your inquiry a member of our staff will contact you personally and forward our formal application package including a confidentiality agreement.
The ASL staff assigned to manage your evaluation will keep in touch with you regarding any additional data needed, testing required, and product samples that may be requested.
